Taking care of your mental health has always been important and it’s taken a long time for it to be talked about as openly as it has been in the past year. The pandemic has brought unexpected positive change on the back of something so devastating for the whole world.

The week of the 10th May brings Mental Health Awareness to the fore and focuses this year on NATURE. To inspire more people to connect with nature in new ways.

During lockdowns, people have been enjoying nature a lot more, getting out walking, running and cycling, and noticing nature a lot more.
