  • The winery was established as a co-operative in 1959. In 2001 it joined with two other progressive, co-operative, cellars in the Campo de Borja region to become the Bodegas Borsao that we know today. 100% Garnacha grapes grown on alluvial soils in the foothills of the Moncayo mountain. The grapes undergo 6 hours cold maceration for the must to achieve a delicate colour; followed by slow temperature-controlled fermentation at 17ºC in stainless steel tanks. Delicate pink colour with aromas of ripe berry fruit and strawberry. Dry, approachable and well-balanced, with more appealing juicy strawberry fruit and a creamy mouthfeel. Serve with grilled white meats and fish with roasted Mediterranean vegetables Vegan

    A family rooted in the Wine Industry with more than 80 years of experience. Currently, the third generation is responsible for the destiny of the story that was created in 1939. It was at that time when Haroldo Santos Falasco, known as ‘Don Lolo’, began to walk the streets of his small hometown called Chacabuco to sell his wines. Bodega Los Haroldos is located in the North Valley of Mendoza, in the San martin department. Due to the effort and a long life endeavour, today this company is still familiar and it is dedicated to progress and the elaboration of high quality wines, which stands out because of the technological innovation and passion. Stainless steel fermentation, no oak.

  • Between the coast and countryside, Domaine Les Yeuses was built in the 13th century by the Templars at the site of an ancient Roman villa. During the centuries, the buildings housed a hospital, the First Consul of Mèze during the French Revolution, and then a winemaking cellar. The estate gets its name from a forest of evergreen oak trees (yeuses in the local dialect). Today they have nearly disappeared, replaced by a path of olive trees. The vineyard of Domaine Les Yeuses comprises over 80 hectares (197 acres) of limestone-rich moderate hillsides which enjoy a maritime breeze. This unique location suits a wide variety of grapes. The estate has been in the Dardé family for more than 30 years. Jean-Paul and Michel, brothers, share the vineyard and winemaking responsibilities. The winery is continuously recognized for its wide range of varietal wines; indeed, the geography of the vineyard gives the red, white and rosé wines a lively acidity and distinctive profile. The vineyard of 80 hectares (197 acres) with a view of the Mediterranean is located on limestone-clay sandy soil on low hillsides. The Mediterranean climate accompanies the grape year-round while the proximity to the Sea provides cool temperatures at the end of maturation to maintain the fruit that is characteristic of Southern French wines. This wine is made from Grenache and Cinsault fruit grown on clay and limestone soil. They are harvested at a high maturity in order to maintain the aromas. After skin maceration, pneumatic pressing and cold settling, fermentation takes place under a controlled temperature at 15°C. The wine is then aged in tanks during 5 month and prepared for bottling. Pale rosé with purple tints; fruity nose with notes of red fruit, toasted bread and butter; rich and fresh wine in the mouth. Perfect partner for oven roasted Pork with chorizo and mushrooms, stone-baked pizza or spinach & feta cheese triangles  
  • Eeny, meeny, miny, mo! Exquisitely pale pink, with highlights like tumbling Cérès rose petals. A magnificent Appellation rosé with superb complexity and concentration that allows it to be enjoyed not only in summer but all through the year. A revelation not to be missed! 30% Grenache noir, 20% Mourvèdre, 50% Cinsault grown on limestone clay. The warm, sunny climate with low rainfall is typically Mediterranean. Winters are mild, the summers hot, and regular dry periods allow the grapes to ripen perfectly. The harvest dates are chosen in order to obtain perfect balance. The Cinsault and the Mourvèdre grapes are picked according to their vivacity, whilst the Grenache is harvested at optimum ripeness. Total destemming is followed by maceration at 15°C for two hours then temperature - controlled fermentation at 16°C. Fine lees are added at the moment of racking before alcoholic fermentation to add structure and complexity to the palate. There is no malolactic fermentation. A very pretty pale pink as if sprinkled with Cérès rose petals. The nose is floral with touches of spice, aniseed and exotic fruit like mango and pink grapefruit.Fresh and well-balanced in the mouth, with red berry fruit and a superbly long, fruity, menthol and aniseed finish. A brilliant Languedoc Appellation rosé with superb complexity and concentration, perfect for enjoying all year round. A winner with delicately spiced Asian dishes such as szechuan chicken, stir-fried egg with prawn. Good too with white-rinded cheeses such as Camembert and Brie so long as you don't let them get too ripe and runny. Prawn Cocktail crisps also work a treat!
  • The Villa Wolf estate (founded as J.L. Wolf) lies in the picturesque village of Wachenheim in the Pfalz region in Germany. It is named after the beautiful Italianate Villa which was built in 1843 in an era of great success for this region. Ernst Loosen, of the Dr. Loosen estate in the Mosel area, took over the winery in 1996. Patrick Moellendorf, who has been at Villa Wolf since 2011, is in charge of the viticulture and winemaking at Villa Wolf, and they have even applied for organic certification for the estate vineyards, which is a process that takes several years to complete and would make 2022 the first official year of organic certification. The concept of making extraordinary wines in the estate vineyards lies in sustainable, organic vineyard practices combined with gentle handling of the fruit and traditional, minimalist winemaking. Their entry level Villa Wolf varietal wines have always been great value in terms of quality, consistency and varietal correctness. Pinot Noir that has undergone a short maceration, followed by a gentle cool fermentation and development in stainless steel tanks. Villa Wolf Pinot Noir Rosé has an excellent balance which is already showcased in the beautiful salmon colour of the wine, not too dark, not too light. On the palate it gives you the guilty pleasure of delightful fruitiness, but then, with the help of the crisp acidity, it has a clean and crisp finish so as to almost finish on the drier, more sophisticated side. Jane Hunter OBE is a highly trained viticulturist and together with the talents of her winemaker (and nephew) James MacDonald, Hunter’s wines has achieved an enviable reputation for producing some of the world’s finest Sauvignon Blancs. All the vineyards at Hunter’s are certified sustainable, ensuring the methods being used are the safest possible for the environment, protecting the people that work and live within and around the vineyard and ultimately anyone who enjoys the wine. The area produces grapes with a very complex and developed flavour, with intense varietal flavour – a hallmark of the Wairau River Valley. With over 80 gold medals awarded in competitions, both nationally and internationally, the Hunter’s range is of exceptional calibre. James MacDonald is meticulous in his winemaking approach, creating a unique style based on the intense and very pure fruit characteristics typical of the region’s wines. Hunter’s create quality wines that never cease to inspire. The 2020 growing season was one to remember for the amazing weather conditions in Marlborough. During Summer and Autum where they had warm and dry conditions throughout, allowing for clean fruit and an early start to the vintage. These conditions resulted in grapes that was picked with good natural acidity relative to their sugar and flavour ripeness. 2020 will prove to be an exceptional vintage. This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Riesling, Chardonnay and Gewurztraminer grapes with each variety contributing unique characteristics to the final wine. Fruit was picked in the cool of the morning. The Pinot Noir grapes were left to soak on skins for 24 hours to pick up some colour before pressing. The varieties were fermented separately before the wine was blended and Estate bottled. This wine is Certified Vegan by the NZ Vegetarian Society. Bright, salmon-pink, even colour throughout. The nose is soft and bright, nuances of field strawberries, stonefruit, lemon melded with rose petals and a white spice hint. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of field strawberries in focus, followed by lemon zest, stonefruit, a little white pepper and rose petals linger on the closing. The wine is refreshing with lively acidity balance, flow smoothly with a touch of creaminess to a cleansing, dry finish. Serve this as an aperitif and match with cold smoked salmon and cream fraiche

This unique wine is made according to the classic white wine vinification process, with the addition of a small quantity of pine-resin to the 100% Mandilaria must during fermentation. The power of the fermentation dissolves the resin, leaving behind subtle resinous undertones. A wine with a very delicate taste and aroma, it brings the scent of dried strawberries, raspberries and pine needles.   • Renishaw Hall’s vineyard was planted by Alexandra Sitwell’s father, the late Sir Reresby, in 1972. Up until 1986 it was certified the most northern vineyard in the world, 53 degrees 18 minutes north. This pretty, pastel pink rose is perfect for the weather warming up. Aromas of wild strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb follow through on the palate where you taste wild strawberry, raspberry, rhubarb and red apple.
