Champagne Joseph Perrier is a family-owned Champagne house that was founded in 1825 by Joseph Perrier and has been in the Pithois family since 1888.
50 % Chardonnay, 41 % Pinot Noir, 9 % Pinot Meunier.
Ageing minimum : 6 years
Dosage : 4,5g/L
The intense and concentrated nose suggests fragrances of white flowers. Full and concentrated on the palate it balances power and delicacy.
Good to go with lobster and fat chips, scallops wrapped in prosciutto, oysters fried with chorizo, smoked salmon or smoked firm tofu slices & creamy wild mushroom on crackers
