Los Tres Curas Sauvignon Blanc is produced from grapes grown in the Central Valley which is characterised by a temperate Mediterranean climate with a marked daily temperature range and the soils vary from sand to clay. The vineyards are at different altitudes and thus have different micro-climates so the wine reflects the diversity with a delicious combination of aromas and flavours.
It is very fresh and fruity with aromas of pineapple, white peaches and floral notes and an intensely fruity flavour balanced with acidity and a mouth filling texture. A typical Chilean Sauvignon Blanc with flavours somewhere between subtle French wines from the Loire Valley and gooseberry notes of New Zealand wines made from the same grape.
Fab with Singapore chilli crab, tomato salad or stuffed green peppers with rice and peas
