Fine and persistent perlage, with a pale straw with light greenish highlights. Elegant, fresh. Releasing hints of citrus fruits: lemon, grapefruit, citrus and perceptible notes of apple, from fresh green apple to the softy sweetness of quince. It finishes with hints of peppermint and almond. On the palate it is vibrant and soft, fresh and crispy citrus notes. Persistent and balanced, it rounds the palate with hints of ripened fruits and sapidity. Excellent harmony between smoothness and the fresh fruit.
