Made in their West London winery, with organically grown grapes from Limoux, southern France, this delicious, classic wine perfectly reflects the fine characteristics of northern hemisphere Pinot Noir.
On the palate, Pimlico road oozes with ripe black cherry flavours, combined with underlying spice and herbs. Fine tannins balance with good acidity, allowing this wine to age gracefully.
Aged for a year in French oak barrels, 10% new, before bottling, without fining or filtering.
Perfect now but can age for a decade or more.
Pair with guineafowl, rack of lamb, mushroom risotto and roast or grilled lobster
