This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a very attractive bright ruby colour, and the nose reveals seductive black fruit aromas mixed with sweet spices and a hint of leather. The palate mirrors the nose with a silky texture, a lively acidity with smooth tannins.
This wine pairs well with chicken, pork, and spicy dishes – salty cod with chorizo, black bean sauce
