This Cabernet Sauvignon displays a very attractive bright ruby colour, and the nose reveals seductive black fruit aromas mixed with sweet spices and a hint of leather. The palate mirrors the nose with a silky texture, a lively acidity with smooth tannins.
This wine pairs well with Peking duck, salty cod with chorizo, beetroot risotto, pork in black bean sauce noodles, the choice is yours!
