This Bacchus certainly gives Touraine Sauvignon a run for its money – there are fresh scents of green bell pepper, grass, citrus and herbs. The palate starts with fresher citrus notes before descending into a leafy, mulchy finish with touches of white pepper, gooseberry and hay.
