Despite the fact that Zacharias Vineyards – Oinotechniki ltd. is a rather new brand, it was only in 2002 that their first vintage was released, the history of both the family’s winery and vineyards dates back many years. First of all, the winery of the company has a continuous productive operation since 1960. The winery was built in 3 major phases: its first facilities were established in 1960, then expanded and completed in 1973 with the finest French standards, introducing the main French expertise in Nemea. The first vineyards of the Estate were located on the slopes around Leontio village, in the heart of Nemea.

Made from grapes from the selected vineyards of Corinthia and Argolis to create the 50% Roditis Fox, and of Mantineia for the 50% Moschofilero.

A classic white one, at a controlled temperature, inside stainless vinificators. The two varieties are fermented separately, and the final blend emerges during the completion of the process.

The harmonious union of the Moschofilero and the Roditis Fox brings out the best features in both varieties. The result is a crisp and bright wine, with a yellow-white colour and a pleasant acidity. Its nose is characterized by aromas of yellow fruits as well as citrus ones. Light, fragrant, floral, with a gently perfumed palate.

It pairs deliciously with kotopoulo souvlaki (grilled chicken on skewers) and a Greek salad, grilled sardines or  sweet chilli tempeh
