Ribera del Duero is a Spanish Denominación de Origen Protegida located in the country’s northern plateau and is one of eleven ‘quality wine’ regions within the autonomous community of Castile and León. It is also one of several recognised wine-producing regions to be found along the course of the Duero River.

Join us in celebrating Spain’s most sought-after new kid on the block this month. We have updated our range with some fabulous new wines!

Ribera is famous for its full-bodied reds made from the Tempranillo grape. However, we are also offering a lush juicy red made from the wonderful bright fruits of Garnacha, and if that doesn’t tickle your fancy and you are really after something off the wall, then why not got for the rare (and almost extinct) white grape Albillo but in the guise as an orange wine (These are in Magnum size only at present – standard size bottles are coming soon) !!!

And if you would rather stick with the traditional, then we have got that too! So, let’s raise a glass (or two) and celebrate the wines from this fantastic region of Spain!

¡salud!
