The return of winefulness sees Mindful Therapies and Guest Wines come together again to deliver a combination of mindfulness and wine tasting.

Beautiful deep garnet red with a delicate nose, floral hints and berry nuances. Full flavoured with cherry overtones.

Wine experts deliver such detailed descriptions and utilise at least three of their senses. Seeing the colour, observing it as it swirls around the glass, taking in the aromas and sipping slowly taking in each flavour as it swirls around the mouth and tongue.

It takes years to years of study to become a wine expert, but the most important skill for savouring and identifying the intricacies and subtleties of different wines, is the ability to be completely and utterly in the moment.

Mindfulness is about being present in the moment, taking in the sights, sounds, smells, tastes and sensations happening in the here and now.

Join us for a combination of mindful meditation with the enjoyment of specially selected fine wines and perfectly paired nibbles.

We will blend a number of mindfulness practices, developing your awareness of your senses and calming the mind. The basic concepts of mindfulness will be explained and explored in a relaxed and fun environment.

This will be followed by an hour of tasting a selection of fine wines. Guest Wines will share their knowledge and expertise of a selection of fine wines specifically chosen for the event.
